Nasi Lemak Recipe (Malaysian Coconut Milk Rice with Anchovies Sambal)

Tomorrow I'm going to attempt to make this dish. An all time favourite of mine, I will give my best so it tasted similar to all the other nasi lemak I've eaten before, especially those from Zam Zam Restaurant.
